@Tomáš: You might be right: Actually that is something that needs to be discussed. I tried to concentrate on feature changes and I assume that something like marking them “for end users”, “for developers/administrators” or something would help in the future.

I think that is too technical considering it is called Human Release Notes. (for me there was some information I found useful, but I am kind of technical)

How does Karmic get released every minute? Can’t it only get released once?
